Project Requirements

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Payments
To begin any project, a 50% upfront payment is required after project approval. The remaining 50% payment is due when the project is approximately 80% completed and ready for final review.
Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not completed according to the agreed schedule.
All payments made are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
We provide reasonable revisions based on the selected project scope or package. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Project Delivery
We aim to deliver projects within the estimated timeline provided during the consultation process. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Respond to feedback requests promptly
- Review project updates within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure they have rights to all submitted content and materials
We are not responsible for copyrighted or unauthorized materials provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment completion, the client will receive ownership rights to the completed website design and approved project deliverables unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, hosting services, or software. We are not responsible for issues, pricing changes, downtime, or policies related to third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business losses or missed opportunities
- Data loss caused by third-party services
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers
- Security issues resulting from third-party software or client actions
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and securing their hosting accounts unless maintenance services are included.
Website Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and support services are provided only if included in the selected service package or maintenance agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project or service agreement at any time with written notice. Any completed work and outstanding payments up to the termination date remain payable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
