Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
As we care about our clients, we try to provide them with high-quality services. This document explains the refund rules and other policies that apply to your payments when dealing with us.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By purchasing our services, you accept these rules.
Service-Based Business
Our company is a provider of digital services, which include but are not limited to website design, website development, branding and others. In light of the nature of our services (planning, research, time, and creative work), refunds differ from physical products.
Project Deposit Policy
For the initiation of the project, there is a 50% deposit payment required upon project approval.
The initial payment cannot be refunded since it includes:
- Project planning.
- Research and strategies.
- Development or design work.
- Resource allocation.
- Consultation communication
Final Payment Policy
The rest of the funds – 50% – is expected to be paid when 80% of the project is done and it requires review.
Final files or the website handover cannot be performed until the remaining payments are made.
Refund Eligibility
There could be conditions to receive a refund, which is possible if:
- Work on the project has not been started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
- Both sides agree to cancel the project
Partial refunds may be given based on how many services were already completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be given if:
- Client changed his/her mind after the initiation of the project.
- There was some delay due to the failure to supply necessary information or files from the client.
- Completed design or development work was finished.
- Third-party services such as plugins, hosting services, website transferring were bought.
- Projects that the client stopped using for a long period of time;
Revisions and Support
The customer support process is involved into each project. Therefore, there will be reasonable amendments to the project to make it better for the client.
Project Cancellation
Both parties have a right to cancel the project with the notice in writing, while all the payments and the completed project need to be paid accordingly.
Chargebacks
Before submitting a request to a financial authority, the client needs to contact us to solve the situation. Otherwise, an unauthorized chargeback would lead to suspending further cooperation and going to court in case of necessary actions.
