All our services are based on the scope of the project, deadlines, availability, and mutual consent of both the parties.
Project Requirements
Our clients need to provide all necessary content, photos, brandings, login details, and other relevant information regarding the project.
Delay in providing all the requirements may delay the timeline.
Payments
You will have to make a prepayment of 50%, upon project approval. Then, the remaining 50% of payments is due once the project reaches the stage of 80% completion and readiness for a final review.
– Payment delays according to the provided timeline may affect the process negatively.
– Once work has begun, payments become non-refundable unless stated differently.
Revisions
– Revisions are available according to the chosen scope of the project or the package you purchased.
– Additional revision requests or any major alterations beyond the agreed scope may be charged extra.
Project Delivery
– We will make efforts to complete the order according to the provided timeline that was discussed during consultation.
– Timeframes may change depending on the complexity of the order, revision requests, feedback, and other circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Providing accurate project details
- Promptly responding to feedback inquiries
- Reviewing project progress within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensuring that they own the rights to all submitted materials
We do not take responsibility for copyrighted materials provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the finished website design and deliverables according to their scope. However, additional agreements are possible. We will post the completed order on our portfolio and website unless you ask us otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party plugins, applications, hosting services, and software. We are not responsible for potential problems, changes in pricing, downtime, or terms of use set forth by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Lost business or lost profits
- Third-party data loss
- Downtime caused by hosting companies
- Insecure website due to third-party application or client behavior
It is the client’s responsibility to back up the website and keep hosting account secure.
Website Maintenance
We provide maintenance and updates of websites only if they are included in your chosen plan or maintenance agreement.
Termination
Any party may terminate the project or service agreement by sending a notification at any time. All delivered results and due payments up to the termination date remain payable.
Changes to Terms
