Service-Based Business
As a digital service provider, we offer custom website design, development, branding, and related digital services. Because our work involves time, planning, creativity, and custom development, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
Project Deposit Policy
To begin any project, a 50% upfront payment is required after project approval.
This initial payment is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers:
- Project planning
- Research and strategy
- Design and development work
- Resource allocation
- Communication and consultation time
Final Payment Policy
The remaining 50% payment is required when the project is approximately 80% completed and ready for final review.
Final files, website transfer, launch, or handover may be delayed until the remaining balance is fully paid.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet started
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project
Partial refunds may be provided depending on the amount of completed work.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by missing client content or feedback
- Completed design or development work
- Third-party service costs, plugin licenses, hosting, or domain purchases
- Projects abandoned by the client for an extended period
Revisions and Support
We work closely with clients throughout the project process and provide reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope to ensure satisfaction with the final result.
Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Any completed work and outstanding payments up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
